http://cleardarksky.com/csk/ is the obvious choice.
Also, assuming you mean NE U.S., not Oz etc., you can probably glean
useful info. from Dr. Jack's site:

It's a soaring info site, but there's tons of weather data. It does
require a paid subscription ($20/year cheap for anything aviation :-) )
for complete access however.
