yourself with the programs listed before getting your panties in a

So nasty. Tut tut.
Even many a casual Mac user would recognize over half the listed
application as nothing even remotely qualifying as spyware. I suggest
you read up on what defines spyware and then review each of the apps
cited.
Finally, when that exercise is completed, please provide documentary
evidence of any *serious problems caused by the installation of same as
a result.
It would also behoove you to review the install procedures for all the
listed apps.
You might as well list command-shift-3 as a spyware tool, Pierre.
*And by serious I mean more than two putzes posting to MacFixit.
I'll wait for that and the other Mac Spyware removal tool. *yawn*
