Maybe nice? Its not perfect but certainly better than most old photos
does by the large observatories.

This is getting petty.
Are you saying the average amateur takes tricolor images and can
maintain guiding and focus and seeing for 6 hrs?

Try it sometime.
I hope you can show us a better image of M51 done by you.
