Most manufacturers will not replace a display for one bad pixel.

It may be fixable. The standard method of fixing a hot pixel -- if it
can be fixed -- is to use a soft cloth, possibly dampened slightly, and
rub the pixel. Most sources recommend light pressure; you don't want to
press so hard that you break the screen. I recommend "light to
moderate" pressure, whatever that means.
I have seven LCD monitors in the house at the moment -- four laptops
and three desktops. I fixed a single bad pixel on one of the laptops on
the day I got it by rubbing it as described above. It has stayed fixed
for several years. The method failed to work on a single hot pixel on
one of the desktop displays.
