Orion sells a mirror for about $20 that fits directly on the mirror
mount, so that's not a deciding factor.
Nor should the eyepieces be, especially as you'll upgrade within a few
months in any case. Plus, an alternative, the Hardin scopes (another
10" dob supplier) come with more eyepieces in any case.
There's a lot to be said for Pyrex (Orion) and Sonotube (Discovery) and
mirror quality (Discovery) and mount construction (Discovery again).
If this is a first scope, you might be surprised at how large and heavy
these 10" scopes can be. That's just one reason why 8" dobs are a
standard 1st serious scope recommendation.
