8" on EQ mount from Orion that I have gives GREAT views. Collimation is
easy and it tracks nicely AND, when you get scope fever it's nice to have a
good mount. I have a friend that went to the 12" DOB as a first scope.
It's nice but a bear to set up. So, last week he bought a 100mm Orion APO.
BUT, he got their cheasy Alt/Az mount. Now he's mount hunting.
