It sounds as if it will be highly weather dependant and education
intensive for all pilots worldwide.
Try visibly warning an incoming pilot in heavy overcast, low cloud,
snow, fog, smog or any other visibility reduced weather conditions.
Quote: "Even having a military plane on the left wingtip dropping red

Hmm. What about warning a UFO heading for the Whitehouse Lawn? ;-)
