Ah, the true delight is in using examples of all breeds!
Can get expensive, though.
I still can't afford a respectably-sized APO, though.
Most of my scopes are homebuilts, which translates to most of them are
Newts. But a well-collimated Newt excels at planetary, which is most
of the observing I do.
I must be getting old, too, because I have 2 SCTs now, and many moons
ago I swore I'd never own one. They both do pretty well on planets,
too.
I love my Jaegers 6" f/10, but it needs something like a chromacorr.
