I wholeheartedly agree with you. To date, I've spent over $21,000.00 there and not a single solitary problem of any kind whatsoever. None. Nada. Our angry 'friend' must have a very large ax to grind. OPT has come through for me many times going well over 'usual and customary' customer service.
