Here's a picture from HST of a Titan shadow transit from the last time
the orbital plane of Saturn's rings and moons were edge-on to us:

Titan shadow transits should be easy enough to observe when the
orbital plane of Saturn's rings and moons are edge-on to us again in a
few years (2009). Shadow transits of the other smaller moons will
probably require a large instrument to observe.
