I'm not sure there is a restore. 

Try  Start | Programs | Accessories | System Tools | System Restore

If System Restore is enabled (I believe it is in the default installation.) you
should get a dialog that offers a choice to "Restore my computer to an earlier time".
If you hit the Next button  you should get a calendar dialog with the restore point
dates in bold.
