The people who would be capable of moving Romer's finite light distance
insight into the modelling of the cosmos on the scale of galaxies using
supernova data do not exist presently to discuss these exciting
matters and will never exist as long as this cataloguing/theorist
stranglehold exists.
The method of Roemer is at variance with Bradley's insofar as what
Newton did not destroy from a Keplerian standpoint,Bradley finished off
by destroying Roemer's insight in order to facilitate the Newtonian
ballistic agenda applied to planetary motion and more importantly,at
least from a cataloguing perspective, allowing cataloguers to observe
celestial images without having to do the intricate and complicated
work of translating observed motions of celestial objects (in
actuallity or in principle depending on the distance and time scale)
into the actual structure and motions.
This dull and dreary celestial picture swapping is no substitute for
the dynamics of celestial motions in the manner of the investigations
of Copernicus,Kepler,Roemer and the true astronomers.
