Mirror recoating advise

I have a Meade 10" Starfinder w/ Equitorial mount that I bought new about 11
years ago which I resently decided to sell.
When I took the scope out of storage and was cleaning it I noticed the
mirror seemed to have a lot of dust and haze on it. I removed the mirror
from the tube and cleaned it, but discovered that most of the "dust" where
pin holes in the coating which seem the have come off the pyrex. If I shine
a flash light from the backside of the mirror I can see
light(semi-transperent) comming through the mirror, like shining it through
a piece of paper.
The mirror seems very reflective otherwise. My question, is it normal for
the coating to be semi-transperent, will the small pin holes/haze make much
of a difference ? I also noticed the image is a little blurry at high
power.
I'm selling this scope and really don't want to spend very much to have the
mirror recoated. However, if I do need to recoat, any suggestions of where
in the San Francisco Bay Area and the cost?
Thanks,Steve
