They aren't "warnings", they are advisories. And I, for one, am happy
that someone is posting them here. Auroras are rare at my latitude, and
I don't regularly monitor solar activity. It is nice that somebody is
doing just that and putting these notices up when things get
interesting. Observing auroras and solar activity falls completely
within the charter of this group- what's your problem? Would you bitch
if somebody posted that an interesting asteroid was approaching? An
unusual positioning of Jupiter's moons? A meteor shower? (Everyone has
there own way of finding these things out, after all.)
