The interface part is more personal taste, and most people like what
they are used to (and largely, changing the to a different interface has
no effect on productivity). It is the features I can offer with Windows
that sells them on the switch. I'm not going to force anyone, but they
hired me as an expert; they would be foolish to not seriously consider
my advice. Indeed, I haven't recommended changing from Macs at this
point for someone I'm working with right now, although they are
considering it anyway.
