Re: Antares 7mm ortho SALES - Draw your own conclusions

Pete,

Please don't masquerade your contempt for ScopeStuff as acting
"deeply concerned on the behalf of the constituency."

While I commend you for catching a mistake on our web site,
most folks just call or email us if they see something that is
questionable or unclear. A public attack on my character is
not needed to get my attention.

We regularly make changes and additions to our site based on
customer questions and feedback, normally based on positive,
friendly interaction with folks. If our product information is wrong
or unclear or incomplete I try to fix it within minutes. We do make
mistakes and we also fix them quickly when they are pointed out,
as would any company that is "on the up and up."

There is no eyepiece specification conspiracy.

Your initial post saying "NO return policy is offered by this
reseller (only an exchange!)." isn't supported by our published
policy or by your refund history.

Thanks, Jim
