Dawn, noon and dusk are generated by the independent axial rotation of
the Earth into and out of its own orbital shadow.

Can you go outside and confirm this and then come back and I will
explain why from noon to noon the total length taken is never the same
hence the Equation of Time correction.

There is no external reference for independent axial rotation but you
are basically an astronomical creationist and assume an equable
rotation to the Sun and distant stars simultaneously by giving yourself
a choices you do not have.

How does it feel to know that you participate in an intellectual
holocaust that mangles the achievements of the great astronomers ?.
