Pretending things is a worthwhile pursuit as long as you make no
pretensions to the contrary, the sci-fiction of H.G. Wells is wonderful
just as long as no attempt is made to make it fit into astronomy using
astronomical terms unfortunately this fabrication emerged in the early
20th century as is even celebrated today as an achievement thereby
diluting what human achievement is,mangling astronomy, perverting
history of discovery, adversely affecting future generations ect.
So,frames of reference are little more than pretending to give
yourselves choices you do not have, instead of gauging the changing
orbital orientation to the Sun you designate a useless axial tilt
component to the Earth against the Sun.Brute reasoning ignores that
over the course of an annual orbit the Earth's axial orientation
remains constant yet instead of focusing on the change in orbital
orientation,a hemispherical axial tilt component is introduced thereby
destroying the astronomical value of the Equinox alignment at dawn and
dusk.
There is nothing like the first experience of the Copernican insight as
the Earth rotates out of its orbital shadow at dawn and the first
burst of Sunlight shatters the Newtonian notions of
sunrise/geocentrism and we breathe the air of the first heliocentrists
following Copernicus.None of you have known the experience as you
particcipate in an intellectual holocaust that perverts the achievement
of Copernicus and directs it towards supporting homocentrcity and the
anti-astronomical relativistic concept. -

Look at what passes for achievement today, finding planets is like
mushroom hunting,it is a benign and trivial pursuit with little or no
astronomical value and this is not astronomy.
Pretending is all you will ever do and if you are so desperate to stay
that way perhaps your correspondence is with creationists which are
inclined to more or less have the same problems with what constitues a
24 hour day as you are.
Is it so bad that men build theoretical monstrosities ovewr a simple
error made 300 years ago by giving themselves choices they do not
have.Every day as the Earth rotates out of its orbital shadow there is
a chance to redeem yourselves and not take the option of geocentricity
as a valid point of view but that has'nt happened since the Principia
emerged and Newtonian disciples drowned out the Copernican/Keplerian
method and heliocentric framework.Humanity is far poorer for that
choice.
