Maybe a Vixen GP to go with it. A lot depends how much you wish to spend.
There are also clones of the GP around which are a bit cheaper but the
quality may vary.

Again depends on your budget and also the type of observing. One thing
about eyepieces is that you can use them with any scope (well provided
they fit the focuser). Probably start with some generic plossl's to cover
high, medium and low power. You can gradually build up a collection and
when/if you upgrade your scope you already have the eyepieces.

Maybe a 9 x 50 right angle finder plus a Telrad or similar.
