Last 4 seconds "without" any prior notice or registration? Why even hold the
auction? Just set a price and let the fucker have it.

It must register at Ebay for others to react to. Sniping is illegal.

So if they are going to conduct unfair auctions they can do it without
the mass of people biding or participating at all - this is the danger they
run.

You just defined one above, Make up your mind! A secret bid is a bid nobody
can defend against or possibly know about, in advance. Why have the auction
at all? It defies the very principle of an open auction.

But lets dont argue here. Obviously in your book anything is fair in Ebay
auctions and there really are no rules. It doesnt take much imagiantion to
know which side of the action YOU are on, benefitting. Osama bin Laden
operates by the same principle.
