IMO, this is nonsense. The Asian nations have assumed nearly 70% of
all the production of basic goods that were formerly done by Western
nations. There is no way they will only contribute 1/4 of the CO
pollution. More propaganda that proves the anti-Earth Warming
inititive is just a diversion.

There are certain areas where reductions cannot be made, such as in
the north where heating in winter is needed, but they certainly can
lower pollution in other areas. A move to radially increase nuclear
power (France, 78% nuclear) is a good way and probably the only
practical way at this time to cut down on CO production, from industry
and electrical power generation.

China and India contain 2.4B people. Many heat and cook with
wood and raw coal. There are virtually no pollution controls on
industry which is rapidly growing. Most increased demand for raw
materials is due to demand from China and India.
To pretend they aren't or won't be a major factor in CO production
is typical of the earth warmers, the frauds who pretend to want to
stop pollution. China is now considered a pollution "disaster" zone
by the UN.
Take a look at air pollution levels in any Third World city and then
come back and say they aren't making any contribution.
