CG-5 Polar Scope Questions

I just acquired a Celestron C8S on CG5 mount (seems cheap but adequate).
It came without a polar axis scope, and I think I want to add one,
so will throw a couple questions out in the hope of having some real
world info before I talk to Celestron about it next week.

1) Manual calls for part# 94220, but web site lists 94221.
Same thing? If not, what is the difference?

2) Anything better available third party? I'm guessing that
the Vixen axis scope doesn't fit, correct me if wrong.

3) How about an illuminator? I'm betting that the crosshairs
in such a tiny scope won't be easy to see in the dark.
