Hi Jay,

I tried Celestia a while ago but it somehow just didn't suit me. I don't really
recall the details. XEphem is available as a free download if you're willing to
figure out how to compile it on your mac. That's what i did and like it a lot.
I learned quite a bit about unix in the process as well. Or you can purchase the
CD set which does not require you to compile your own binary for $69.95.
