who's had a bad experience with telescopes.com? If so, what was that
experience? Did you complain? Did you get your money back? Did their
customer service agents openly mock you? Did someone from
telescopes.com come by your house and set it on fire?

Or are you just in competition with telescopes.com, and anything you
say about telescopes.com should be taken with a block of salt? Perhaps
you used to work for them, and they fired you, so now every time you
hear their name, you spit on the ground? Or maybe you're just crazy,
and think that telescopes.com is out to get you.

Agree: I've read some positive comments about them. So statements like the one above merit factual basis.
