Please be sure to report this attack to the police. You don't have to prefer charges against the idiot, but, once reported, I'd let him know that the next event will result in filing charges.

I think I'd also report to Foster's home offices that you were attacked by one of their owners and that if it happens again, not only will you file a suit against the owner, but you'll also file against the corporation for allowing a franchisee to act like this.
