Astromart email problems

Anyone had this problem with setting up Astromart accounts?

Subject: Astromart - Your account information has been rejected
Your recent request for an Astromart account has been rejected by an
account reviewer. To keep user's from submitting multiple account
requests your email address has been locked out for 5 days. You will
not be able to register for an account during this time. After 5 days
you will be able to resubmit your correct account information.

I emailed the support address and tried it 5 days later but just got
this address again I think my email is working OK, so any tips
appreciated....
