Thanks, Bill. I've been thinking of buying a barlow for some time, but
didn't want to use it only for visual observation. Now that I see how
others are using them, I may throw down a few bucks and try it for myself.
I have a Cannon DSLR that I would like to use with a Barlow, and have two
1.25" adapters with the T-threads on one end, so mating the camera to the
barlow shouldn't be a problem for me. The only question at this point is
whether or not I can focus it, since when I use the Cannon at the focal
plane of my telescope, I have to rack the focuser nearly all the way in in
order to get anything in focus.
