It is a model, not operational as a telescope. It was built by
Northrop-Grumman to show it around the country. It is full-szie! The
mirror is 6-1/2m across, the fuselage is about 20m long. A good
picture of the whole thing, probably a computer rendering and bot a
photo of the model, is in the 2006 American Astronomical Society wall
calendar.
