James, thanks for the info. I can relate to the eyeglasses situation. I am
really having trouble using mine (bifocals going to trifocals 10 years after
47 years of 20-15 vision <G>) and find myself taking them off even with
20-32 mm eyepieces, despite some mild astigmatism (sp?). Stars may be a bit
hazier but the overall viewing is much better without the glasses.
With Saturn conviently placed for viewing, I'm looking for an improved high
mag. eyepiece to replace the Celestron 6mm and 4mm "generics" that I
presently have. When the viewing is good (as it was last night) I can make
out the Cassini Division and some banding on the planet itself but feel that
there should be "more there" at 200x and 300x.
The Teleview 3.5 Radian would be nice, but I spent all my money on the
scope.
