Hi Herb,

How nice of you to spend time slumming with us ordinary mortals. I
just re-read my post and I don't see complaints about lack of an
account in it. In fact I consider I was quite restrained. I haven't
really bitched about AM since I was able to (eventually) generate a
log-in which worked.

I can't really understand why you seem surprised. AFAICS you are
notorious for arbitrary bans and blocks, and a total lack of response
through any of the supposed support channels in the AM site. I have
wasted more time and effort trying to obtain (and then resurrect) my
original login to AM (which suddenly and without notice ceased
working) than all the other astro sites in my bookmarks and quite a
few more put together.

What I can't really understand is why you come here 'pissing and
moaning' about complaint posts from legitimate potential users who try
to get a login and are left high and dry without help or response when
they are rejected for reasons which aren't apparent. Frankly, it's
just not professional and I'm surprised that you don't take a more
constructive attitude to these problems .

Jim
