If you don't find a model with this much focus range (and I don't know
of any), you might consider fitting a pair with inserts. Most quick
turnaround chain opticians (Lens Crafters, and the like) will make you a
set of lenses to your prescription (including astigmatism), cut round to
fit snuggly into the base of the binocular eyecups. This is quite cheap-
often around $50.
