Re: Will Meade's new boss sell out to China?

I turned 50 last year and I'm one of the younger people in our local astronomy club. Is this hobby going anywhere? Membership at our club has fallen year over year, ATM magazine is looking for a new owner, Both of the big slick magazines are thinner, and I sense that the equipment business has little or no growth. The real question is why should Meade bother investing shareholder capital in a shrinking market?

If they want it they can buy it at the open on Monday AM - it is a publicly
traded company - Friday close $3 and change - Meade stock had a pretty good
week.
