Nope. Not USPS regulations. 18 U.S.C. 1725.
BTW: the USPS really isn't the US Government. It is a US Government
OWNED private Corporation...
Bzzzzzzzzt! Wrong answer again. The USPS is a federal agency. As
usps.com says, "The U.S. Postal Service is the most visible and
personal of all federal agencies." The USPS has a Board of Governors
that is analogous to a corporate board, but the USPS Board is appointed
by the President with the advice and consent of the Senate.
