I'm wondering how they are going to "steer" the probe around Pluto
without
smacking into one of these new moons?
BIG SNIP!!!
In the Hubble image, Pluto is in the center and Charon is just below
it. P 1 is to the right and just below Charon. P 2 is to the right of
Pluto and Charon.

This is NEWS???
You know, Rich, once upon a time, I used to actually look forward to your
posts here, because they were actually often ON topic, and had something
useful to say from your actual experience, which I KNOW really exists, if
others haven't had the pleasure to have been ever exposed to it.
I don't know if you have more time in amateur astronomy than I, but I
generally *used to* enjoy your perspective.
But, you know, I don't even REMEMBER when I've heard anything from you here
in recent times that really relates to amateur astronomy. Just another rant
or troll from Rich, whoever HE was... And seemingly either only politically
related, or just to attract attention...
Ahhh, well, I'm getting older, and maybe less tolerant, so do your worst...
But PLEASE quit changing your e-mail address.
Not only is that a perfect sign of a troll, it also means I have to stop and
put you back in the bottom of my bird cage with the rest of the detritus
(trollfile) again...
