I got a little bored so I posted a video on my website which shows a
Skyshed Observatory I built last year (Angels Observatory) and how
using a Pier Tech 2 adjustable pier, I can raise/lower my 10" LX200
above the roof line of the observatory and close the roof using X10
Cameras and remote controlled power outlets, completely remotely
controlled.

It was fairly easy to automate and using ACP I can have everything 100%
automated, including imaging runs.

Dare I ask what the hammer strapped to the side of the arm is for? Minor adjustments to the scope?

Sheesh, and people wonder what the chain saw
next to my telescope is for................

Nice observatory !!!!!!
