Thanks for that astute observation, Mr. Obvious.

Hi

I think granite looks at this as just like
playing the lottery. He must think that if
he comes up with enough theories, and spits
them out fast enough, one of them just *might*
be right. I guess he must think that this
will save him all the time of doing research.

Speaking of which, if he did a little more research,
and a little less posting random thoughts that run
through his brain (they seem to go through without
stopping) he might be able to figure this out himself.

That, or he just like a small child that does things
wrong repeatedly just to get hit............
(the repetitious posts dont make sense)

It reminds me of what some pseudo-seismologists do when trying to predict an earthquake. If one draws a large enough circle around a region of the earth one is bound to get a hit eventually. It inreases the probability that one will be successful in ther prediction, but is otherwise meaningless.

Now I've done it. I've given him another topic to be completely wrong about. lol

Perhaps you have a filter and missed the Ed Conrad post, regarding his assertions that rockes which look kinda-sorta like human fossils must be human fossils from 280 million years ago.

On one hand we have someone saying it IS correct to have cavemen and dinosaurs together in cartoons. On the other, seeking out people with dubious credentials who back him up with "if it looks like a duck it must be a duck" credentials.

Personally, I'm ashamed these people exist in the world today. It clearly underscores a failure at some point to wipe out ignorance.
