: Dear Group,
: I am trying to locate ephemeris data for 73P/Schwassmann-Wachmann "B" : suitable for import into SkyMap Pro. I can very easily get the ephemeris : for the "C" fragment but no such luck for the "B" component.
: Any leads would be appreciated.
Use the Minor Planet Center's Minor Planet Ephemeris Service
(http://cfa-www.harvard.edu/iau/MPEph/MPEph.html), enter 73P-B (or
73P-G or 73P-AN or whichever fragment you want) and select "SkyMap" format
for element return. You get a file of orbital elements in SkyMap format
directly.
Worked like a charm!
Thanks.
Anthony.
