How much memory card are you "consuming" for a 3-5 minute exposure? Do you
shoot those at full resolution or back it down to 800X600 or something?
I'm thinking about a new camera because I like having a warranty on an item
as complex as this...If I bought a $400 CAMERA on ebay loaded with hot
pixels there wouldn't be much to do...what's the 350D? Better?
350/Rebel XT is better. My daughter just bought one. How much better
for astrophotog, I'm not sure, since (having a 300D and a 20D) I've
never looked at it.

Re: Pinball Circus video clips now on line - HiDef too! ... I'd shop around and find an FX1 for a few more bucks and then you will get a 3-chip camera that can handle color and detail correctly. ... The only downside to this camera is that it only shoots in one resolution which is 1080i but unless you are shooting for television you probably wont care. ... The new panisonic HVX-200 will shoot many resolutions and framerates including 1080/24p which is as good as it gets. ...
