Hi. In terms of stills, if you want to just capture the still and save
it as a .JPG, that would be find, if you wouldn't mind keeping the
small '19th parallel' tag at the bottom -- the logo can be taken off
with a switch, as can the backdrop. It displays in 1920x1200 mode
very sharply, so that can be used as a master large still, or multiple
stills.
