Why not just publish it on your website with a brief announcement here when it's updated? Or make each edition available on your site as a pdf, as Rod does?

I'm loath to get any more e-mail, even to one of my throwaway accounts. As it is I can barely find e-mail from my friends and family in the heap of spam; your newsletter would be lost immediately in the pile.
