Don't know about Nomogram, but the LADIC software is fairly simple, and
(in my opinion) flawed. I don't recall the exact details on it, but I
made a post on it on SAA a couple of years ago. It's a straightforward
two-variable function (albeit derived in a kind of "fuzzy logic" way).
