Losmandy G-11 vs Celestron CG-11 vs Celestron CGE

Hi all,

I'm looking to pull my 10" LX200 GPS off the forks and put it on GEM.
I'm considering a new Losmandy G-11 or CGE, but I have a chance to get a
used Celestron G-11 for about $500 less than a new G-11.

Here is a description of the used G-11:
Losmandy G-11 Mount with Gemini Level 3 GOTO
*3rd bearing upgrade on both axes which reduces flex & vibration very
noticeably.
*Very little detectable periodic error. (I have not run an off-axis
trace of the error)
*Precision Worm included but not installed
*Standard drive corrector, hand controller, original stepper motors
w/aluminum motor covers included.
*Losmandy 23# and 7# c/w Included.
*Losmandy DSC control box with encoders mounted on each axis (with the
encoders plugged in you can still move the scope by hand and system will
still know where it is. Not possible w/o encoders!)
*Standard Losmandy Tripod (Black has partially faded to a weird dark
purple)
*Polar Scope with adjustable intensity illuminator

I have these questions that I hope someone can answer for me:

Are there any major differences between this and a new system that I
could get today?

What would it take to bring it to current G-11 Standards?

What possible areas of concerns should I look for in this line?

There is approximately a $400.00 difference between a price the seller
will take and the cost of a new system. Is the current version worth the
extra cost?

Is a new CGE as good or bettter than either of G-11s?

I do my imaging through a 20d and DSI Pro and would also use the DSI pro
as an autoguider. Could I use the DSI pro as an Autoguider with either
the CGE or G-11s?

Thanks

Craig
