Astronomer/Non astronomers

Astronomers recognise planetary motion around the Sun is seen directly
from Earth, non astronomers following Newton's lead do not recognise it.

Modern time lapse footage of Jupiter and Saturn makes the understanding
of the original Copernican insight so easy -

Astronomers such as Kepler rendered these observed motions in a
wonderful way such as the Panis Quadragesimalis on page 86 which can
easily be matched with the time lapse footage above,at least in
principle -

So,with a bit of effort all here can become astronomers by partly using
contemporary imaging and partly the reasoning of Copernicus and Kepler
-

Against the stellar background, planetary motions appear to move
forward, backward and forwards but from an orbitally moving Earth
planetary motions around the Sun are seen direct .Copernicus and Kepler

An non astronomer takes a different and erroneous view -

"For to the earth planetary motions appear sometimes direct, sometimes
stationary, nay, and sometimes retrograde. But from the sun they are
always seen direct," Newton

As the non astronomicak theorists are now bullying the
astrophotographers by taking a planet away,a real astronomer has a ball
looking at the comical situation unfold. An astrophotographer with the
potential to become an astronomer will feel irritation at the
meaningless 'definitional ' maneuvering and that irritation may be the
first real intuitive feel that something has gone badly wrong.
