We are quite fortunate (at least for now) with predictions for perfect weather. In fact, we have a string of four to five days, centered around the eclipse, where the weather is expected to be perfect.

Tnx, Anthony. It seems he is coming this way...and we'd planned a wide-screen presentation with four laptops equipped with cameras, webcams and so on...:-)

Weather fronts in Europe usually move from west to east ... I would suspect and expect for equally good weather in Italy as well.
