Of course it's possible. You want one of the big C band
dishes for the best results.

right.
The C-band does not include 10.7 Ghz
I said C band *dish*. I said nothing about the toys at the focus.
Sheesh.
If you had a clue you would start with 4 GHz anyway, since
it's bound to tell you something, and the dish will likely
come with C band RF gear.
