No. Nevertheless, there are other schools I work with in Colorado with
fairly active astronomy programs (although state and national science
standards make this difficult).

In the end, it usually comes down to the presence of a teacher who is
invested in teaching astronomy. If that one person leaves the school,
the program tends to fall apart.
