Has anyone actually tried sending abuse to dizum.com? I'm all in favour

Has any anonymous posting service ever been used for a legitimate
purpose? If not, why aren't they removed from the net?
They supposedly benefit people who could face persecution for expressing
their opinions if traced. I don't frequent political or religious
newsgroups or mailing lists, so I have no idea whether or not these
services are successfully serving as an outlet for free speech. The
majority of the anonymized posts that appear in the groups I read are
from the ubiquitous Min; Starlord's potty-mouthed shadow accounts for
most of the rest.
