Rate of change in orbital orientation

The total length of the natural noon cycle is due to a combination of
axial rotation and the longitudinal change in orbital orientation.If
axial rotation is considered constant,the Equation of Time reflects
the longitudinal change in orbital orientation.
On average and roughly ,the Earth 's orbital oientation change is
globally 67 miles per cycle,this value is provisional and only a
rough estimate,again,the counter motion to axial rotation can be
extracted from the behavior of Uranus -

The greatest difficulty is extracting axial rotation and orientation
from the orbital components and especially the slow orbital
orientation change.Local motions such as axial rotation and
orientations always dominate for a person spinning around a carousel
will see the heavens move in accordance with the axis of the
carousel,likewise axial rotation does the same to the orbital
components.
Rather tnan using a pseudo-dynamic of variable inclination to the
Sun,here is a rough value of 67 miles per axial cycle to work with
representing orbital orientation change as a location on Earth does
not keep its same face to the Sun were axial rotation extracted .
