A few seconds is a long time. Planets and lunar images saturate most
sensors in a fraction of a second. And that's what you need to take
advantage of the "lucky imaging" provided by video cameras. This comet
simply provides inadequate signal for imaging at 10-30 frames per
second, unless you have a huge aperture scope.
