Maybe you could provide a link to an image? Your rather hysterical post
doesn't inspire confidence in your assessment. Are you sure there is no
shielding?

What I'll do is wait until we have a foggy night, and I'll take a shot
of it, you'll be able to see the "bleed" of light from it.
